hello all,
well I actually don't have too much time to write an update, as the yearly holiday e-card is in full swing, and guess what? it's all on me this year! yay!
anyway, london was great! it was really great to get away for a little bit, even if it was mostly for work, we still have a few free nights and i got to walk around and shop (even if i didn't buy anything, everything is 2x as much as it is here!) i got back on saturday night, was supposed to get in at 440pm, but our flight was delayed and didn't get in until 7pm and fully expecting my mom to get me at the airport b/c chris was supposedly driving in from oklahoma, except when my boss and i were walking out of the gate area, chris was STANDING THERE!! he had driven, literally all night, to come and get me!! :) it was a great surprise to see him!! after that, we went to see my parents for awhile and then i went home and slept in my nice comfy bed for a long time :)
yesterday i went shopping, did laundry, had a really fancy dinner while wearing uggs (thank you austin casual) with chris and his parents to celebrate his graduation (b/c yes my bf is now a masters graduate!) and then went home. i'm a bit jet-lagged and a bit pms-ing, which is making everyone's life a whole lot of fun, but i am trying to be festive and am excited for the trail of lights tonight!! this year it's cold! i won't get to wear a mini skirt, haha!
so yesterday i was eating lunch at luby's and this lady came up to me and started to fawn all over me and told me i should be a model, which made my day and month and probably year. i wanted to tell her that when you wake up at 7am and have 5 hours to get ready, this is what happens. haha. but thanks.
so i am getting my last minute christmas shopping list together and going to do that later this week, going to san antonio on saturday for our family xmas and just spending lots of time with chris! :)
