so i hope everyone had a great valentines day! :) (and birthday - vincent!)
i totally forgot it was valentines when i woke up but when i got to work i remembered and i was like boo my fiance lives 3000+ miles away, but around 1030 i got a call from downstairs saying i had a 'special delivery' and i got some beautiful flowers sent from my love. it was very sweet. and really what more can i ask for from thousands of miles away? :) after work i just went home and my mom made us a really great dinner, she made us fondue!! it was so tasty! :) and for dessert she had chocolate fondue, yum! anyway then her friend came over and we visited for awhile and then talked about wedding things. speaking of...
good news came today! the deacon said we only had to take the Journey class together!! the other class chris get a "free ride" out of (aka Natural Family Planning), i'm letting it go that I should be the one to take it. the fact is, as long as his summer vacation plans can be based around the first class, we can get married in the church! i'm so glad i had a big tantrum about it when everything worked out. i guess that'll teach me for the rest of the wedding planning. in any case, so far so good. my mom and i were going to go to SA tomorrow to try on dresses, look at flowers and cakes but the weather is supposed to be awful tomorrow so we decided to stick around here and do some local things, like get our champagne flutes engraved, look for HER dress and find cute save the dates :) l*bo will also be in time so we may have lunch on sunday. I don't really think I'm in the mood to go out and get wasted so if anyone is doing something a little tamer and cheaper let me know :) i'm saving myself for my birthday week/end!
tonight i'm going to have dinner with chris' parents and that's about it.
