and it's sort of a big deal because AI finally got the rights to the lennon/mccarthy songbook, so yay for beatles night!
syesha mercado, "got to get you into my life" - this is one of my favorite beatles songs! i do like that the top 12 get the stylists, thank goodness, but not hers. anyway i don't like her or her singing this song. i don't really like any of the girls anyway, but oh well
chikezie, "she's a woman" - this starts off like a folk slash country version of this song, which is so not him, it's weird. but then it starts rocking, not too bad. but he's not one of my favorites still, lol
ramiele malubay, "in my life" - oh i'm about to pass out. granted her voice isn't awful to listen to, but there is nothing spectacular about how she's performing it. ah well...wow the judges are being harsh lol
jason castro, "if i fell" - oh this is one of my absolute fav songs in LIFE! and by one of my fav boys!! i. can't. wait. what a cutie. it was a little slow, obvs, but i still like him and him doing the song :) i know he prob won't win but i would buy his cd :)
carly smithson, "come together" - yes good job. overrated. (sorry don't really like her that much)
david cook, "eleanor rigby" - ok out of all my favorite guys, he is my favorite i think. like i've mentioned earlier, he is the closest thing to chris daughtry and let's just talk about how much i've missed him ;) omg, how i adore you david cook. just totally rocked this song. heart.
brooke white, "let it be" - out of all the girls, she's the only one i like. and her performance on this song is great and amazing. great job!
david hernandez, "i saw her standing there" - this guy is so pretty, like he has the smoothest skin i've ever seen. anyway, cheesy. boo
amanda overmeyer, "you can't do that" - i don't know, it sounded like a bunch of yelling and i can never understand what she's saying
michael johns, "across the universe" - hmm...it wasn't his best performance... i'm losing a bit of faith in him right now
kristy lee cook, "8 days a week" - simon tells her one week to do country and all of a sudden she's singing country..o.k. when she first auditioned that's not what she did. jsut b/c you ride a horse doens't mean you have to sing country. lame.
david archuleta, "we can work it out" - worst performance yet, he forgot his lyrics and just boo. but i'm sure he'll have plenty of people vote for him.
anyway to go home? even though david a. forgot his words, it will probably be either david hernandez or maybe syesha..or maybe even kristy lee cook.
