have you had your latin kiss today?

"you're no good"

so it is the girls versions of the 70s, here goes:
carly smithson - "crazy on you"(?)...you know i always thought i knew a lot of song titles until i watched this week's episodes of AI, what.are.these.songs.called??? anyway, she basically sounds like the original, which is good but also not that original, she sounds good though, better than last week.

syesha mercado - "me and mr. jones"..honestly i have just checked a bunch of emails during her singing. so yeah..

brooke white - "you're so vain", i didn't think it was awful, it wasn't A-MAZING, but the song was a good pick for her and i still like her.

ramiele malubay - "don't leave me this way" , first off, you don't really have the body for skinny jeans, neither do i, accept it and move on away from the trend. secondly, you are ok but you're not THAT good.

kristy lee cook - "you're no good" (?), she can just go home whenever, like tomorrow would be good.

amanda overmeyer - "carry on my wayward son", what a great song. she's kind of scary. eh.

alaina whitaker
- "hopelessly devoted to you", i love this song. umm..she was fine with the normal notes, but the high notes..ouch.

alexandrea lushington - "if you leave me now", hi, i love chicago, not the way she's singing it. i can barely hear her either, boo

kady malloy
- ...um this girl WAS one of my favorites last week, i cannot hear nor understand a word that she is singing. b.o.o

asia'h epperson - "all by myself", with extensions. yes, they saved the best for last. the only girl i'm not ashamed to admit was a favorite last week (besides brooke did ok also). thank.you. (once again simon hates my favorite) this may be the only year that we do not agree. boo.

anyway let's say bye to robbie, luke, ramiele and maybe kady or alaina

so last night i had dinner at chris' parents house for my birthday. his mom made a great dinner of veal scallopini, salad, broccoli and potatoes. it was so good!! she also made this apple crisp dessert thing, even though she knows i don't really like dessert, but i had a little bit anyway, it was good for dessert. they gave me a really cute pink coach scarf (it's lightweight, more of an accessory) and a really cute top from banana, i don't usually shop there, but i loved it! i hung out there for awhile drinking tea and just talking. i absolutely love them, and we both refuse to call each other in-laws, so i don't know what i can call them but my family. i am just very blessed to have great future "parents". :)

nothing on the agenda tonight, yay!
peace out
