Well all I can say is TGIF! This week felt so so long! And finally it's Friday! I'm not doing too much this weekend - tonight my mom and I are going to look for wedding stuff and tomorrow, we're going to look at houses with Amy. I.love.househunting. And I might go out later for Kelli's friend's birthday, but we'll see. Not too busy, but fun and relaxing I'm sure.
Anyway, everything is a-go with the ticket! Chris' company approved the ridiculously priced one-way ticket and we are officially moving on December 28! I could not be more excited!!! Thanks everyone for the reminders of name-changing. We had already talked about that way early on, obviously I can't travel with my old passport because I need to get a visa for Saudi and once there, there is a bunch more paperwork we have to file so I am ready to change my name as soon as possible. For our mini-moon, I'll still be traveling as a "Sims" - so don't worry, we are thinking through most things. I appreciate the help though, you never know what I could be missing. ;) (on the off chance I can't get my name changed in time we'll just move the ticket back)
I'm sending in the finalized text today for our invitations!! Chris and I went through and finalized the text and fonts last night! yay! The last big thing to check off and now I can go look for like a cake topper and silly things like that. I am also waiting patiently (no, not so much) for the phone call that my dress is in! hurry up!
Anyway, other than that, things are a-ok. I'm finally feeling back to normal. It was a lot harder to have Chris leave this time around. But now I've settled back into my routines and I still miss him, but I am back in wedding mode and keeping busy. It helps to keep my mind off things, also the fact there is less than 4.5 months to go, yeah that helps too. And only 9 weeks to go before Tokyo! yay!
