So this week has been pretty awesome - besides a little crankiness which incurred yesterday morning, overall - this week.has.been.great.
Here is what has happened this week!
Monday - I went to pick up the bridesmaid dresses which came in last week! and they are perfect! and the right colors and I'm so happy with them!! Now I have 8 dresses in my closet, but one less thing to worry about.
Wednesday - Calvin's called to tell me my wedding band was here! Yay! Now it can go straight into the safe deposit box, yay! Not only that but I checked our tracking for our invitations and they arrived in the late afternoon. I didn't get home til late, but I had to rip them open and check them all. and THEY.ARE.PERFECT. I am so glad we chose them, I love them!!!!! (not so sure about getting excited about assembling them but still)
Thursday - Today - the day we (well mostly me) have been waiting for since we took them - through the photographer's hospital stays and destination weddings - OUR ENGAGEMENT PICTURES! I will post some later on, I am waiting for the CD, but here is the link if you want to check them out yourself. http://www.smsphotographyproofing.com/. Find our photo, click on it, type in your email address and the password is my last name. If you don't know my last name, then you probably don't need to see our engagement pictures. Anyway, I am sooo happy with them. I am a really big fan of the ones on the steps, and the ones taken in our more "formal" outfits - the lighting was really good. Of course there are some that I don't really like, but of course there would be. Anyway, overall I am so happy with them!!
The only thing that could make this week ANY better is if my dress showed up! early to mid-August! HURRY.UP! Anyway, the rest of these weekends (besides dropping everything and running to SA to try on the dress) are going to be spent addressing and assembling invitations. get.excited.
Anyway, it's time to leave work :)
